Problems Logging In
- Password is "CaSe SeNsiTive". Make sure your caps lock is off
- If you forgot your username and password we can send it to your inbox
- Sometimes the only solution is to clear you're browser's cache. See Below:
How do I clear my cache?
To clear your cache in Internet Explorer 6.x :
- Open up a browser window. Make sure all other open browser windows are closed.
- Click the Tools menu at the top of your browser, and select Internet Options.
- Click the General tab at the top of the dialogue box.
- Click Delete Files under Temporary Internet files.
- Select Delete all offline content by checking the box.
- Click OK.
To clear your cache in Internet Explorer 7:
- Open up a browser window. Make sure all other open browser windows are closed Click Tools > Internet Options.
- Select the General tab.
- Click Delete under Browsing History.
- Under Temporary Internet Files, click Delete Files.
- Click Delete Cookies.
- Click OK.
To clear your cache in Mozilla Firefox:
- Open up a browser window. Make sure all other open browser windows are closed.
- Click the Tools menu at the top of your browser and select Clear Private Data...
- Select the Cookies and Cache checkboxes.
- Click Clear Private Data Now.
To clear your cache in Mozilla and Netscape:
- Open up a browser window. Make sure all other open browser windows are closed Click the Edit menu at the top of your browser, and select Preferences.
- Click the + next to Advanced.
- Select Cache under Advanced.
- Click Clear Cache.
- Click OK.
To clear your cache in Safari:
- Open up a browser window. Make sure all other open browser windows are closed Open the Safari menu on your browser's toolbar.
- Select Empty Cache.
- Click Empty in the dialogue box.
In some cases, it may be necessary to clear your cache more than once.
