The X-Brace is an elastic foot brace that treats foot pain associated with Plantar Fasciitis, Sever’s Disease and Over-Pronation. The patented X design mimics Low Dye taping, but without all the expertise, time and tape necessary, easing some of the tension and stress placed on the plantar fascia ligament by limiting the amount of stretching it can do. Provides a convenient and effective solution for an arch support when traditional methods are not possible, such as when barefoot or wearing shoes not suitable for an orthotic.

Use

It is recommended to wear The X-Brace initially for a few hours per day and gradually increasing up to 12 hours per day as needed. The X-Brace has a low-profile design, making it comfortable to wear with any style of footwear including cleats. May be worn during or after activities - with or without shoes - but never over socks. Do not wear while sleeping.

The X-Brace is NOT to be used by individuals with diabetes, neuropathy or vascular disease. If discomfort or pain results, persists or increases, discontinue use and consult a physician.

Sizing

If your foot is extremely narrow or wide and you’re on the edge of a particular size, you may need the next size down or up depending.
