Decent lift

This is a repeat purchase for me. I use this lift to glue into the heel of my sandals -- this lift is solid and is impervious to water. It is quite hard, though, and the bottom of my heel will hurt after a few hours on my feet.

Great lift at a great price

Doctor wanted 1/4 inch lift because of spine deformity. Tried the Basic Molds Heel lift and the Rubber Heel Lifts, the basic is much better.They stay in place and are level not sloped like the rubber. I will be ordering more so I don't have to move them from shoe to shoe. Also my Back pain is gone after years of putting up with it.

Great for shoes with removable insoles

These are excellent for use with my shoes that have removable foot beds, but not as comfortable when the foot is in direct contact with the lift. Haven't used them long enough to attest to their durability - but so far so good. Happy with the price - shipping was fast.
