The DeRoyal Static-Pro Elbow Support is lightweight and uses static stretching with stress relaxation to elongated contracted tissue. It assists in flexion and extension as one unit with the turn of a knob. There is a foam liner that is soft and absorbent and the wire-foam cuffs can be trimmed to make a custom fit splint.
