Calibrated® V-Lok® Inflation System - indicates if the correct size cuff is being used. Center of the bladder is marked on the inner and outer surfaces of the cuff for correct application on either right or left limb. Cuff conforms to the shape of the limb and has no hard or stiff edges. Cuffs are durable and constructed with tightly woven, heat set Dacron® polyester fabric that is double stitched at critical points for long wear and treated with an effective anti-microbial agent.
Mylar® Clad Calibrated Glass Cartridge Tube is strengthened with several layers of clear Mylar® film that helps maintain the structural integrity even if the glass is broken. The cartridge tube ends are also flame glazed to prevent chipping and ceramic marks are fused to the glass for permanence. Large bore tube, 5 mm, prevents the separation of mercury and is 25% larger that required by Federal Specifications.
